Tessellation Frustration
This whole Tessellation thing caused no end of frustration, from finding am image I was happy with to actually arranging them in any kind of cohesive order, though I feel the end result was interesting, Ill leave this process to others less inclined to go cross eyed or insane when confronted with excessive repetition.
The first part might have been the most difficult...actually settling on a shape that I was "happy" with...This was what I ended up with.
Then I began playing with it orientation and color of connecting "blocks".
I must admit once I got to this point the process started to grow on its own.
This project had more organic quality to it, where as I did not know what was going to come out of the shapes and the final image, though fairly simple, I thought had an interesting flow and was much more pleasing then I would have thought, though there was no "intent" in its design, at least not in the truest sense. I would say there was guidance but not intent.
There it is, a cornucopia of shapes.
